Residence Buildings and Facilities

Our residence facilities are all less than 10 years old, or newly renovated, and are no more than a 7 minute walk to any campus building. All of our residence facilities are “Apartment-Style,” and include full kitchens complete with oven/stove and fridge. The common area of our apartment suites are furnished with kitchen tables, chairs, couches and/or loveseats and chairs, coffee table, lamp and end table. Suites also come with mop, bucket, broom, and dustpan. Each community also shares a vacuum. Each apartment is provided with a standard Rogers Cable package. Telephone lines and long-distance packages are not provided. More information regarding phones will be provided in your residence assignment package in July-August.

Each student is provided with a bed, mattress, dresser, desk, desk chair, and a closet or wardrobe unit. Due to space and health requirements, students are not permitted to bring additional furniture, with the exception of a personal desk chair, and small filing and storage bins for personal effects. We reserve the right to restrict this if required.
