Services Provided

Through the Residential Services Office, Laurier Brantford provides off campus housing services and support. We are located at Office number 222 in Grand River Hall, 171 Colborne Street, Brantford.

Students and landlords are encouraged to communicate regularly with the office concerning any off campus housing or landlord issues.

We provide general information on market trends, and assist students to find appropriate housing. Guidance is provided to both students and landlords in inter-personal and lease-related disputes.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not have the means to advertise individual properties. All advertising needs should be handled through www.places4students.com. This website is often a first-stop for students searching for off-campus housing, and will allow landlords advertising space as well as a chance to compare properties with other landlords in the area. Both students and landlords are encouraged to use this tool, as it provides maximum exposure to the available student housing market.
