Student Conduct Board

Mission Statement

Wilfrid Laurier University – Brantford Campus strives to be a diverse, personal, inclusive and supportive community. It is devoted to learning, research, scholarship, creativity, professional expertise and personal development in a student-centred environment. In order to accomplish this mission, students are regarded as responsible adults.

Goals and Objectives

The SCB exists to enforce the non-academic code of conduct in a peer constructed environment, based on the precepts of natural justice. The ultimate goal is to uphold respect for campus governance, promote student growth, and protect the rights and freedoms of all members of the Laurier Brantford community.

COUNCIL COMPOSITION

The SCB is composed of eight Counsel Members and three Student Advisors. Student Advisors are responsible for talking with students who have been called to meet with the SCB.
