Here you will find all your registration information including a downloadable registration form.

DEADLINE for ALL FALL LEAGUES is 4:00 p.m. on September 17, 2009.  Be sure to sign up before this since extensions will not be granted.

How to Register:

1) Download form, print form off, drop off at the Hawk Desk at Wilkes House Recreation Center
2) Download form, print form off, fax to 519.758.5995 - drop money off to the Hawk Desk at Wilkes House Recreation Centre
3) Come to Wilkes House Recreation Center and fill out a form at the Hawk Desk

Fees:

Individual Sign-up (aka Free Agent) = $10.00/person/league + HST (a spot on a team is not guaranteed)
Full Team = $75.00 + HST + $50.00 refundable performance bond (except Ice Hockey)
Ice Hockey = $180.00 + HST + $30.00 refundable performance bond
