Counselling Services Drop-in/Urgent/Same-Day Appointment Hours

Counselling Services offers some limited appointment availabilities for students wishing to drop-in for an unscheduled appointment or receive same-day counselling in response to an urgent issue.  Hours depend on counsellor availability (please note summer hours) and service is on a first-come first-serve basis; however, students in urgent need are given priority.  When arriving for a drop-in appointment, please notify the Counselling Services receptionist or the counsellor in SC207 or SC206 of your intentions so that we know you are here.  If you are in urgent need of support and it is outside the hours of Counselling Services or a counsellor is not available, contact After-Hours Crisis Services.  

(During the summer hours, sessions are available by appointment only.  If in urgent need of support and you are not able to contact counselling services and secure an immediate appointment, contact After-Hours Crisis Services as above.)
