Booking Appointments and Policies

Booking Appointments:
Brooke Camp and Sam Creamer are here to provide support to students in Accessible Learning. They can be found in the Accessible Learning offices at 97 Dalhousie St. on the second floor in room 202 or 214. If you want to drop by or call to make an appointment with Deirdre, Sarah, Angel or Karen they will be the ones to assist with this. To reach Brooke or Sam by phone please call 519-756-8228 x5871. This number is only for Accessible Learning appointments and questions.

Cancelling Appointments:
If you need to cancel a booked appointment, please contact the staff with whom you have the appointment. Contact Names and Numbers.

Missed Appointment Policy:
Due to the marked increase in missed appointments this term, Accessible Learning will be implementing a missed appointment fee of $10 in keeping with the fee already in place with Health and Counselling Services. You will be required to pay this when you do not provide 24hrs notice to cancel an appointment. If you miss an appointment you will receive an email notifying you that you have missed, along with information on how the fee will be applied.
